The only fix was that the game could run on Windows 10 in Windowed mode but it's so horrible the window is small and located in the upper left of the screen so it's not immersively playable. I saw that there are Windows 8 fixes but these did not help with Windows 10 and I couldn't find anything useful to fix this problem. I didn't know whether to post this in this forum or in the Computer Gaming forum since I am looking for help, not really in discussing the game - unless you want to The issue is that on Windows 10, Starfleet Command 3 loads up with a black screen on the main menu where you can hear the audio and click around but not see anything.
